How many calories do you eat in a day, on average: if im not fasting or binging its about 200 kcal
Do you throw up your food on occasion: i try really hard not to nowadays
Do you want to look like a supermodel/actress: yes.i want to be an actress
Are you in some sort of extracurricular sport, ie soccer or track: nope. i work full time

Do you take laxatives to get rid of food/calories: i am yet to, simply because im embarased of buying them. which i guess is good

: erm sadly yes

Health/Food
Do you think you eat healthy enough: no
Are you morbidly afraid to eat carbs: it depends. most days i cant eat anything but cabbage and leek, other days i binge and it doesnt sink in what i have eaten untill after.
Are you often tired/fatigued: yes
Do you feel more energized after eating food: ehm no i often feel more tired lol
Do you eat meat: no i have been a veggie for 8 nearly 9 years. and refused meat as a kid :S
Do you eat your food in a certain way: i guess you could say so
Do people tell you you look sick or famished: sometimes
Have you ever thrown up blood: not often
Is your heart bpm above 49: i dont know :S.. i have low blood pressure?
Do you have fainting spells from lack of eating: i have a couple of times.

Other Stuff
Do you think the media is at fault for the prevalence of eating disorders:  no.
What is your opinion of Pro-Ana: if i think about it, its rediculous. PRO ANOREXIA its stupid nobody is pro a disease, on the other hand. i am. i love my disease, its me its who i am and it makes me feel better most of the time. so .. i guess i am pro ana. i dont know. its confusing.

2010 goals and plans.

5 foot 10. pretty much..

January 1st-
9 stone 7lbs-133 lbs bmi- 19.1( still carrying that christmas weight ) normaly im 126 so this shouldnt be too hard.

loose 7lbs in one month

February 1st
- 9 stone-126lbs bmi-18.1( ready to feel a little better on my birthday feb 2nd )

loose 4 lbs in one month

March 1st- 8 stone 10lbs- 122lbs
bmi-17.5

loose 4 lbs in one month

April 1st- 8 stone 6lbs- 118lbs
bmi-16.9

loose 4lbs in one month

May 1st
- 8 stone 2 lbs- 114lbs
bmi-16.4

loose 4lbs in one month

June 1st- 7 stone 10 lbs- 108lbs
bmi-15.5(goal weight for now.) ready for traveling around the world.




Try and fast the first week of every month.
200 sit ups a day
100 leg squots a day
Jog at least once a week.
